We do not directly collect any personally identifiable information. However, our third-party advertising partner Google AdMob may collect certain data to serve ads, including:

- Usage data

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can review Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy4. In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment information.5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.6. Data Storage
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- High score

Chippymochi grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your devices.3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any commercial purpose4. In-App Purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time non-refundable purchase unless required by applicable law. All purchases are processed by Apple.5. Advertisements
The free version of the App contains advertisements served by Google AdMob. Advertisements can be permanently removed via the Remove Ads in-app purchase.6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.7. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.8. Governing Law
